- A new Erlin - Every screen is rebuilt, with a new Home, a simpler sidebar and Hey Erlin in the top bar for chat, feedback and support.
- Reports - Build a monthly AI Visibility Report from a template in about a minute. Reorder widgets, keep versions, share a public link or download a PDF. Reports replace custom reports.
- Lead Qualification - Erlin grades leads from your forms and website chat, drafts follow-up emails at the autonomy level you choose, assigns leads to your team and closes goals when a booking or order comes in.
- CRM - See every lead and company in one list, take over a live chat, move leads through stages, review follow-ups and export to CSV.
- Content optimization - Paste the URL of a live article, get a check across nine categories and keyword coverage, then optimize it in one step.
- Webflow and the Erlin WordPress plugin - Connect a Webflow site, or connect WordPress through the Erlin plugin.
- Shopping - For stores: Products shows how each AI platform answers about every product, with the price it quoted and its sources, and Sales shows revenue, orders and conversion from AI.
- Free plan - Anyone can sign up without an invite code and start on the Free plan, with 20 credits a month on ChatGPT and Gemini.
