How is Erlin billed?
Plan prices are shown per month and billed yearly. Starter is $47 a month, billed $564 a year. Standard is $197 a month, billed $2,364 a year. Pro is $397 a month, billed $4,764 a year. Enterprise is priced for your organization.
Can I try Erlin before committing?
Yes. Starter, Standard and Pro each start with a trial at $7 for 7 days. For Enterprise, book a demo.
What is a prompt?
A prompt is a question buyers ask AI that Erlin tracks for your brand, such as which tools or services to consider in your category. Your plan sets how many prompts Erlin tracks each month: 50 on Starter, 150 on Standard, 400 on Pro, and a custom number on Enterprise.
How much content does each plan include?
Content generation starts on Standard, with 50,000 words a month, about 30 articles. Pro includes 200,000 words a month, about 120 articles, and Enterprise is set to your needs. Starter covers AI visibility tracking and reporting without content generation.
Which AI engines does each plan track?
Starter tracks ChatGPT and Perplexity. Standard adds Gemini, and Pro adds Claude. Enterprise covers all of them, plus a custom LLM or RAG setup.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
For changes to your plan, contact our support team at help@erlin.ai. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How much does Lead Qualification cost?
Lead Qualification is in beta and works as an add-on for every plan. It includes the AI Website Chatbot, email and Telegram follow-up, qualification rules and guardrails, and AI CRM & Analytics, and connects to HubSpot or Zoho CRM. Pricing is on request during the beta, so book a demo to talk it through.
Can Erlin run our marketing for us?
Yes, for select brands. Our done-for-you service starts at $4,000 a month with no lock-in. A dedicated marketing strategist plans and manages the work, and eligible new clients are covered by a 120-day money-back guarantee under our terms of service.
