Brand mentions, report comparisons and guided tours
Brand mentions rules, report comparisons and focus topics, revenue from organic search and AI, guided tours and goal status in the CRM.

New
- Brand mentions - Tell Erlin which names count as your brand and which phrases do not (for example "make sure" for a brand called Make). Erlin recounts past answers in the background and marks counted and excluded mentions in each answer.
- Compare with - Choose whether a report compares with last month or the last two months. New reports compare with the month before by default.
- Focus topic in reports - Set a focus topic and prompt group to add topic search, top topic pages, topic pages by AI traffic and a per-prompt table to your report.
- Revenue from organic search and AI - Store reports now open with revenue from organic search and AI assistants, with matching rows in Site performance.
- Brand misspelling suggestions - The report designer suggests likely misspellings of your brand from Search Console, ready to add as brand terms.
- Guided tours - Short tours for Home, Opportunity & Action and Content.
- Goal status in the CRM - See each lead's goal status in the list, and reopen a closed goal.
Improved
- Every report widget shows where its numbers come from: Google Analytics, Search Console or Erlin.
- Reports tell you when a saved setting needs a regenerate to apply.
- Content optimization shows every category as Pass, Not checked or with issues, and checks structured data, canonical tags and broken links.
- Content optimization has a full-screen article reader.
- Landing Pages refresh automatically each month on paid plans.
- ChatGPT tracking moved to a newer OpenAI model, so expect a one-time step in ChatGPT numbers.
- The MCP server and API keys are included on the Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans. Other plans see a locked state with an upgrade link.
- Connecting Gmail asks for fewer permissions.
Fixed
- Prompt search ignores upper and lower case.
- Report market sections no longer come back empty for very large brands.
- Small shares show as "less than 0.1%", and small sales periods show the earlier value instead of "down 100%".
