# Review your business profile

**Brand > Overview** describes who your business is, what it offers and who it serves. Review this information before using it as context for writing or qualification.

The website is a starting source. You remain responsible for correcting outdated or incomplete business information.

## Review the company description

Open **Company** and read **About**. State the business plainly, including the category and the work it actually does. Remove vague claims that do not help someone understand the offering.

Use **Achievements** for milestones or results the business can support. Do not add an award, customer count or performance claim without evidence.

## Describe the offer and audience

Review **Products & services**, including **What you offer** and **Who it is for**. Explain the request the business can serve and any important boundaries.

For a website studio, “We redesign ecommerce websites” is more useful than “We help every business grow.” If only certain platforms are supported, state that limitation accurately.
